CSA Receives Funding Awards. CSA has been awarded two allocations of Housing Tax Credits for affordable rental developments in Arizona. Bell Mirage Estates will consist of sixty townhome-style residences in Surprise, Arizona. Tivoli Heights Village will offer ninety-six homes in Kingman, Arizona.
